Peguei o quarto 117 no 1° andar, por se tratar de um Hotel antigo, são bons os cômodos, porém, nas atualizações para melhorar, colocaram o interruptor de desligar a lâmpada na cabeceira, próximo ao local dos travesseiros, ou seja, o técnico se manutenção não teve nem o raciocínio que ao encostar o travesseiro na cabeceira, que é normal, apagava a lâmpada, causando incômodo ao realizar leitura no leito. É uma falha grave, será que ninguém atentou para isso??? Ademais, no conjunto o Hotel é muito bom, retornarei e me hospedarei nele novamente, mas, não no quarto 117 do 1° andar.

Foi caótico, esperamos mais de duas horas para ser acomodados, o quarto só tinha uma tomada utilizável, o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho e o controle não funcionava, a mesa de trabalho é minúscula, o chuveiro elétrico estava causando choque elétrico no registro do chuveiro, tivemos que tomar banho gelado mesmo, a iluminação do quarto é ruim, e por fim ainda "choveu" dentro do elevador...

O hotel é bem antigo, já passou por algumas reformas nas áreas comuns de recepção e restaurante, porém os quartos estão precisando de uma boa reforma. O vestuário de cama e banho precisam também de uma atenção, pois algumas peças estavam manchadas. Tirando essas questões de estrutura o hotel é muito bem localizado, a equipe de funcionários é muito solicita e educada e o café da manhã muito bem servido.
