PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Panorama is a villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region within the San Bartolo Natural Park, in Pesaro. The villa, located on a hill position, offers a panoramic view of the city and is furnished with fine furniture and antiques. In addition to the beaches and the historic center which are located a few kilometers away, it is possible to visit many attractions including Baia Vallugola, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Gabicce Mare and the medieval borgo of Gradara. Guests can benefit of a large porch equipped for outdoor dining and cooking and a swimming pool with hydromassage. The owner, ready to satisfy every need, lives on a side below the property with independent access, respecting the total privacy of guests. The property is totally fenced-in. The swimming pool and the garden are for exclusive use.

The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a reading room, a living room with TV corner and dining table with direct access to the porch and swimming pool area, an equipped kitchen with access to the back porch with barbecue area, laundry area and a service bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private terrace, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower. It is possible to add a single bed in the anteroom of a double bedroom or in the reading room. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. Window nets are installed on all windows. The villa area is under video surveillance; however, the service is deactivated when guests are present.

Fun time at Villa Panorama

Urlaub Mai/Juni 2024

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Pesaro in der Villa Panorama bei Andrea und Margo. Hier Urlaub zu machen können wir nur weiter empfehlen, Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher zuvorkommender Gastgeber (Hausverwalter und Besitzer) bei ihm fehlt es einem an nicht. Er gibt einem gute Tipps für Kulinarische Erlebnisse und sehr schöne Ausflugsziel. Die Villa ist sehr schön und der Pool rundet das ganz ab. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Allt var perfekt,huset ,poolen,miljön,fanns inget att klaga på.Det var vårt eget himmelrike för en vecka. Andrea husägaren,gav oss många tips på sevärdheter restauranger.,hjälpte oss att boka bord.Han ställde verkligen upp för att hjälpa till. Vi kommer att återvända det vill hela La Familia.
