Semi-renovated and furnished in July 2023
the "Casolare sul Colle" with swimming pool is located in Pesaro a few minutes from the sea.
Located in a quiet rural area close to shopping centres.
Comfortable, welcoming and spacious, the Casolare is ideal for accommodating 10 guests (max 4 adult couples)
It enjoys a splendid view of the Marche countryside, embellished by a garden that surrounds it and a swimming pool that will refresh you on hot summer days.
In the outdoor area there are two porches, one close to the house, for eating outdoors, with table and chairs, enjoying the splendid view, and the other by the pool.
In the cottage there is air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter.
The entrance on the ground floor overlooks the large living room with sofa, TV and fireplace, as well as a spacious kitchen equipped with coffee machine, microwave, oven. Also on the ground floor is another small living room with TV, sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
On the first floor, however, there is a shared bathroom with two double bedrooms and a master room with en-suite bathroom.
An ideal place to spend your holiday in the Marche region.

The house perfectly reflects the announcement and photos on the website and we had a great time. The rooms are all spacious, bright and fresh. The decor is pretty and the beds are super comfortable. The 3 bathrooms are large and spotlessly clean and the kitchen is perfectly functional with everything, really everything! The outdoor areas are well-kept and the swimming pool is very pleasant. The house offers complete privacy but everything can be found within a 10-15 minute drive: shops, bars, restaurants etc. There is plenty to do in the area for all tastes: hiking, visits to historic towns (Urbino for example is half a hour away) and to the beach takes 10 minutes. I repeat: what you see in the photos is exactly what you will find when you arrive.
