Very calm and quiet property with large swimming pool located in a garden and park of fruit trees, surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers. Charming cottage with 2 bedrooms, one double with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds . Bright and comfortable living room with TV (Sky and Orange) and DVD/video (choice of books, DVDs and videos on the shelf). WIFI. Well-equipped kitchen/dining room: fridge, freezer, hob and oven/microwave. Bathroom: bath with shower, WC and washbasin. Second toilet with sink and washing machine. In the garden large swimming pool with its furniture. Close to Castelsagrat where the bakery, the grocery store, bar/restaurant, the post office and the hairdresser are located and 15 minutes by car from Valance d'Agen with all the shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and farmers' markets on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Also to discover not far away are the walks, donkey rides or by little train, country houses, castles and museums, visits to farms and cheese factories and much more.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille. Nous avons été accueillies avec des petites attentions, qui furent très appréciées. Stéphanie et Rod ont été des hôtes très agréables et serviables. Ils ont été à la fois discrets, mais très disponibles en cas de besoin. La piscine, est entrenue avec soin, et elle nous a sauvé de la canicule ! La région recèle de petite pépites comme les bastides de Moissac, Puymirol, Nérac…

2 superbes semaines dans un écrin de nature

Nous avons passé 2 semaines chez Stéphanie et Rod avec nos 2 enfants. Leur propriété est idéalement placée légèrement en retrait de la route principale, le calme est garanti. La maison que nous avons occupée était parfaite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants et pourrait très bien convenir aussi à 2 couples. Stéphanie et Rod sont très accueillants et très discrets. L’accès à la piscine est facile et elle est très bien entretenue. En bref, un séjour royal dans des conditions idéales.
