LE BALZE is a true oasis of peace, silence and nature, 1km away from all the shops and useful SERVICES.
Ideal location for COUPLES looking for relaxation or tourism and for FAMILIES with children: PARK with secluded corners, large lawns, swimming pool. For the kids there are outdoor GAMES (swing, volleyball net, ...) and facilities for the little ones (high chairs, cots, ...) PARKING in the fenced property, gate with REMOTE CONTROL. Free WIFI in the house and in the garden.
SWIMMING POOL open from April to October (with micro-filtered salted water and diatomaceous filter), attached covered porch with sofas, toilet, OUTDOOR HOT SHOWERS.

The LE ROSE apartment has an exclusive use GARDEN in a secluded location with bbq, table and deck chairs. Large and bright KITCHEN, very well equipped. DOUBLE BEDROOM.
