The Space:

This spacious beachside two-storey home is designed to give families and groups plenty of room to enjoy time together without feeling crowded.

All four bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with quality linen and wardrobe or storage space.



There are no sofa beds or temporary sleeping arrangements needed to reach the 8-guest capacity, making the layout especially comfortable for families, couples travelling together and respectful adult groups.



The primary bedroom has its own private ensuite with a Jacuzzi bath.

From Fremantle Station, public transport connections are available toward Perth CBD and Perth Airport.



For airport arrivals and departures, travelling by car, taxi or rideshare is generally the simplest option.



We recommend checking the Transperth journey planner or app before travelling, as routes and timetables can change.

This is a residential home best suited to respectful family, leisure and business stays.



Parties and events are not permitted.



Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please contact us in advance regarding any additional visitors.

Security & noise monitoring



An exterior Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entrance. There are no indoor cameras.



A Minut noise monitor is also installed to help protect the home and surrounding neighbourhood. It monitors sound levels and duration but does not record conversations or audio.



Pet policy



One well-behaved, house-trained dog or cat may be accepted with prior approval.



A AUD $100 pet fee per booking applies.



Pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of pet waste.
