Fantastic compact accommodation in Perros-Guirec

We stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation was perfect for our needs. It didn't bother us at all because we were out all day, but be aware that there is no outside space to sit and relax.

Ferienwohnung im Anbau

Die Wohnung liegt an der Dorfstraße, auf dem Fußgängerweg befindet sich direkt unter dem Wohnraumfenster ein Metalldeckel, der von den Fußgängern, die den Weg in das Dorfzentrum gehen, betreten wird und ständig lautes Knallen erzeugen.Die Eingangstür ähnelt einer Holzstalltür und ist nicht Schall geschützt.Vormittsgs ist es im Wohnbereich hell, nachmittags, abends dunkel, da nur ein kleines Fenster im Raum vorhanden ist.Die Treppe/Stiege in die obere Etage ( Schlafraum/Bad )ist für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet, auch Koffer hoch zu tragen sehr beschwerlich.Badezimmer relativ neu, aber sehr klein. Die Wandheizung ist zu klein, um zwei gr. Badehandtücher zu trocknen, also mußten sie auf Klappstühlen im Miniflur trocknen.Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und auch einen Wäscheständer, allerdings keine Möglichkeit, den Ständer mit Wäsche aufzustellen.( Strandutensilien trocknen) Im Wohnraum befindet sich auf dem Boden Laminat, darf nicht feucht werden.Die Küchenzeile ist nur mit einem Zweiplattenherd ausgestattet, für die Speisenzubereitung zu wenig.Auch ist keine Spülmaschine vorhanden.Das Essbesteck besteht aus Blech oder Aluminium.Es ist kein Parkplatz vorhanden, parken auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.Kein Balkon oder Sitzgelegenheit draußen.Spannbetttuch muß mitgebracht werden.Neben dem Schlafzimmerfenster befindet sich an der Hauswand die Straßenlaterne.Das Fenster muß händisch durch Holzfensterflügel verdunkelt werden.Würde die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.

Bien situé

Emplacement à mi chemin entre le port et le haut de la ville. Un peu de marche ne fait pas de mal et ouvre l’appétit avant un des nombreux restaurant au alentours.Pratique pour stationner mais un peu petit la salle de douche avec les toilettes dedans.

Proximité de la rue bruyant. Escalier étroit et raide. Sous pente dans la chambre trop basse. Impossible de laisser le chien dehors risque de fugue. Bref un séjour raccourci à oublier rapidement.

Nette, saubere Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Lage zwischen Hafen und Zentrum. Trotzdem nachts ruhig. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus an der Strasse. Schnelle Rückantwort der Vermieterin bei Fragen.

Appartement sympa , propre, bien équipé a 300 mètres environ du port et a 1 kilomètre du centre commerciale du village. Parking facile à cette époque de l'année et gratuit. La propriétaire est joignable et réactive. Petite attention de sa part bien agréable a notre arrivée.
