Large house in Perros-Guirec

House with lots of charm and character located 50 m from the seafront in Brittany in Perros-Guirec on the Pink Granite Coast.
Very well located between the port and the church with a 100 m² South-exposed fenced and private garden.
Although it is hundred-year-old, it has been fully modernised a few years ago and accommodate a large family with all modern conveniences with its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has been classified “Tourism 3 stars” which is a proof of the services.

Les Arcades Beach is 50 m and perfect for fishing from the shore, beautiful hikes with views of the seven islands or swimming.
The port is 200 m, the centre is 500 m and the fine sandy beaches are nearby: Trestrignel 1 km and Trestraou with its casino 3 km.

On the second floor: 30 m² “penthouse” bedroom with seaview.
On the first floor: 3 25 m² bedrooms with large beds, bathroom with bath, shower room with shower and toilet.
On the ground floor: entrance, shower room with shower and toilet, 25 m² bedroom/office with 2 single beds, living room with fireplace and piano, dining room and kitchen.

Magnifique séjour

Très belle maison familliale à 50 m de la mer et du GR 34 qui permet de découvrir la côte de granit rose par le sentier des douaniers.À côté du port de Perros.Quartier très calme. La maison est très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien pour passer un superbe séjour. La cuisine et la pièce de vie sont très agréable même à 12 personnes.La literie est de bonne qualité. La maison possède un côté atypique très charmant.Le propriétaire est vraiment réactif et fait vraiment tout pour que ses hôtes se sentent comme chez eux. La procédure de départ/arrivée est très bien rodée.En conclusion c’était un un séjour magnifique

Une belle semaine de vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de vacances en famille (9 adultes et 4 enfants) dans cette grande maison. Tout le monde avait sa place. La salle à manger et le jardin sont parfaits pour les repas. L'emplacement entre le port et le centre ville est idéal. Il est facile de stationner tout près de la maison. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison très bien équipée. La literie est bonne. Nous avons été bien accueillis. La maison est idéalement située et la côte de granit rose splendide. Balades en bateau, catamaran, randonnées,... Il y en avait pour tous les âges. Nous avons fait le plein de poissons et de fruit de mer.

Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour

Maison extrêmement bien équipée, atypique et chaleureuse. Nous y avons séjourné à 12 (6 adultes, 2 ados, 3 enfants de 9, 3 et 2 ans, et un bébé de moins d'un an) et nous ne nous y sommes pas sentis à l'étroit. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin même plus! Très bon accueil d'Odile. Maison très bien placée. Bref, sans hésitation, nous recommandons à 100%.

Une perle de maison

Nous étions neuf personnes et avons particulièrement aimé: - l'espace et les chambres - l'équipement de la cuisine et de la salle à manger, pratiquement digne d'un restaurant. Pour les "Bras", "Marx" et "Passard" amateurs, à bon entendeur… :) Préparer un grand dîner ne pose aucun problème. Et pour le dévorer de toutes leurs petites quenottes vos convives saliveront autour d'une belle et grande table dans la salle à manger jouxtant la cuisine… ce qui rend la présence d'un monte-plat ou d'un maître d'hôtel totalement superflue. Les "Balsamines" - nom des fleurs de la maison - vous attendent, aussi impatiemment que vous brûlez d'y faire un passage inoubliable. A savourer sans plus attendre ! Jean-Pierre Frigo

Très belle location avec un accueil très sympathique et beaucoup de gentillesse avec des explications précises. La location est à 50me de la mer et aucun problème de stationnement. Séjour très agréable

Propriétaire très communicatif et très sympathique. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour . Cuisine fonctionnelle avec énormément de matériel pour réussir de bon petits plats. Literie egalement très confortable. Petit mot pour Odile qui accueil les locataire avec bonne humeur et gentillesse, c’est une très belle rencontre. Si nous avons l’occasion, nous reviendrons.

Les plus : la localisation près des commerces tout en étant au calme, l’équipement hyper complet, l’espace intérieur. Les petits moins : le jardin est petit (on le sait au départ, c’est le prix à payer pour être « en ville »), mais en outre il est très encombré : le palmier, magnifique mais qui prend le quart du jardin, un autre quart est pris par un parterre de fleur, 2 énormes yuccas encadrent l’entrée, tout cela est très joli mais réduit encore la surface du jardin, donc la place disponible est très limitée. Heureusement cela est compensé par la très bonne localisation. Par ailleurs, un seul frigo pour une location qui peut accueillir 12 ou 13 personnes, c’est trop peu. Mais le propriétaire est au courant et je suis sûr qu’il va résoudre le problème. D’ailleurs le plus gros avantage de cette localisation, c’est … le propriétaire lui-même, dire qu’il est attentif et à l’écoute est encore en-dessous de la vérité, il est hyper réactif et incroyablement attentif à ce que tout se passe bien. A ce point-là, ça mérite vraiment d’être mentionné. Cela fait bien 20 ans que je loue en France, en général en Bretagne, et c’est la première fois que mes enfants et petits-enfants parlent de revenir dans la même maison, donc croyez-moi allez-y les yeux fermés.

Très contente de notre séjour à Perros dans cette maison très bien placée en bord de mer dans un quartier calme , avec les commerces à proximité. Séjour ensoleillé ,où Nous avons bien profité du jardin sans vis à vis pour manger à l’ombre du palmier . Les couchages sont nombreux et confortables. La cuisine très bien équipée.maison très propre . On s’y sent bien . Contact très sympathique avec le propriétaire et la dame qui s’occupe de la maison . Merci à eux

GR 34

Très bon emplacement à proximité du GR 34. Dans le gîte, il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et de plats. Il est très bien équipé. Seul petit bémole les toilettes dans la salle de bains, comme souvent dans les anciennes maisons. Mais avec de l'organisation tout va bien! Très bon acceuil de la part de Odile. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

12 personnes et pas de soucis. La maison est suffisamment grande pour que chacun y trouve sa place. Le salon un peu petit. Un petit problème de marche entre celui ci et la salle à manger.

Superbe région et location au top avec un accueil exceptionnel

Jolie maison familiale où nous avons passés de très bons moments en famille. La maison est très bien équipée, literie très correcte. Rue calme. Pour conclure, nous avons passés une excellente semaine et la région est sublime. L'accueil d'Odile est au top, souriante, disponible et le propriétaire est très sympathique.
