The rooms equipped with all services, with private bathroom for exclusive use and spectacular views of Lake Lecco and Como. At guests' disposal a living room, a reading room, an equipped kitchen, various gardens on several levels, TV, Wi fi, terrace/solarium with deckchairs and umbrella, a relaxation area in the garden, barbecue and free parking upon reservation. while the garage is subject to a fee.

Villa, which belonged to the Milanese aristocracy, also hosted Prince Raimondo Lanza of Trabia during his summer holidays. Very suggestive, with terraced gardens, from where you can admire a unique panorama.
The various gardens and the large terrace are available to guests where you will be enchanted by the splendid view of the lake, at your disposal for moments of relaxation, meditation and romantic occasions.
The Villa is located in the center of the town and a short distance from the beaches and the marina where you can embark to visit Lake Lecco and Como. Along the various adjacent paths to go trekking in the surrounding woods and about 400 meters away there are tennis and football fields, upon reservation.
The Bistrò next to the Villa offers typical dishes from Valtellina, or a 3-minute walk away is the MILANO restaurant.
The supermarket can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, while the bus stop is just 150 meters away, where you can reach all the locations in a few minutes. You can also attend falconry shows in the nearby castle of Vezio, which belonged to Queen Teodolinda, or water sports, such as water skiing, sailing, canoeing and fishing and for the more daring, paragliding.

Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating.

Meravigliosa Villa che domina il lago . Siamo andati a vedere il vicino castello che si trova in mezzo ai boschi ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Il lago è a breve distanza ed è raggiungibile dal servizio di trasporto a pochi metri da Villa SilvanaPurtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo un giorno e non abbiamo potuto goderci a pieno la vacanza. Torneremo sicuramente .Un caro saluto ai proprietari, gentili e premurosi

Haus mit traumhaften Ausblick

Sehr schönes gelegene Unterkunft. Viele Treppen führen ins Haus, was uns noch nicht ganz so viel ausgemacht hat aber doch sehr anstrengend waren. Dafür wurden wir mit einem tollen Ausblick auf dem See von der gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse belohnt. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Bei den heißen Temperaturen wäre es ratsam, dass der Vermieter über ein kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer nachdenkt. Keine Möglichkeit in der Unterkunft zu frühstücken. Aber genau unterhalb des Hauses war eine tolle Taverne die fast jeden Tag wenigstens schon früh Kaffee und Croissant anbot. Das Essen dort schmeckt toll und die Betreiber sehr freundlich. Zu empfehlen für abends...Tisch vorbestellen. Sonst keine Chance auf ein Platz um auf der Terrasse zu essen. Unser Hund war gern gesehen und Luigi war sehr freundlich bei An- und Abreise. Die Ortschaft ist schön gelegen um viele tolle Ausflüge zu machen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
