Fantastic hotel on the outskirts of the city. Rooms are stunning and HUGE. Breakfast was fantastic and we had lovely food in the Whiskey Bar. For under £100 per night (which is what we paid) this offers AMAZING value for money. Would highly recommend

Rooms are very large and well-appointed. My room was in the "residence" which is a short distance from the reception. The spa is in another building opposite the main hotel. The room is much larger than a traditional hotel room and includes a kitchenette and dining table for 2 as well as a desk. A large pot plant sits on the floor in the middle of the room. Mi bedside lamps are a nice touch. You can also open two windows in the roof with a button by the bed. These are fitted with some form of curtain that does not keep all the light out. We arrived late at night and had real trouble finding our rooms - information from reception was sketchy, and it turned out we were in the wrong building. Bizarrely, both buildings have rooms with the same numbers. Breakfast was great - lots of choice, some nice touches like pickled vegetables. Very friendly and helpful staff. Downsides - for a 5-star hotel, I would expect a robe in the room - there were slippers only. The bath towel was small and only one was placed in the room, until the last day of my stay when I got two. There were no tissues provided. The desk lamp had no available socket and so didn't work. Overall, the experience was good - it would not take much to make it better.
