The hotel itself is good. A bit expensive. The area used to be 'nice' outside. Now too much trafic. The sidewalks and street in the surrounding area must be updated and make new ans clean. I think I may stay in a hotel of compatible quality and service but that is not so crowded. The area has to improve to change my mind. At least have available better prices for repeat customers like me.

Excellent food but the AC did not work at all. I asked to change my room and we were moved to a new room, but the issue persisted, according with the workers the AC is in the same condition in all the building. Pereira is a very warm city and you expect to sleep at least in a cold room. The experience was not the best .

It’s a beautiful property with everything in it. Pool is heated, hot tub, bar, room service, coffee bar. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the buffet breakfast was awesome.

Well-trained staff, clean room, comfy bed...

The room assigned to us had water dripping from the airconditioning vent close to midnight - the maintenance guy came, temporarily fixed the problem for 30 mins. then when the problem resurfaced, we were given another room as we had requested. We also found it strange for staff to knock on the door while we were having a siesta to check if we had consumed anything from the minibar (we stayed for two nights). Aside from these minor hiccups, our stay was amazing, and highly recommended!

The Movich is a top-notched hotel in Pereira. Walking distance to the Bolivar square, connected to a nice mall with a great Mexican eatery, and some cute shops too. The hotel has everything you could ask for, excellent service from the staff, all amenities -- and the breakfast buffet is an attraction on its own; hosted in a beautiful dining space with an abundance of delicious food selection. Highly recommended if you're staying in Pereira downtown area
