Everything was good. Except that I had request a crib for my baby and they did not saw my request so when I check in housekepping was gone already and they could not provide me the crib. other than that is was good stay.

People are so kind in Colombia. It’s always been the case. Love this country. My 10th time in Colombia. Second in Coffee region. Only downside was the breakfast buffet. Maybe because of weekend. Really short of staff. Poor service. Not even refilling coffee even if asked. Lack of staff. Even omellete station. Could nor order one neither day I was there. People are kind and friendly. Just short staffed or overworked for restaurant. Reception desk and maid service. Amazing people. Would come Back regardless.
