SUPERHOST on Air___ with over 70 reviews.** Enjoy this cozy updated TOP-FLOOR condo conveniently located near the elevator and stairwell! The bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed and closet with direct bathroom access. The hallway leading to the living room contains the stackable washer/dryer closet (detergent and dryer sheets provided), bathroom access, and an alcove with 2 twin bunk beds! There is under-bunk storage to help keep your vacation space tidy. The living room's sectional sofa pulls out to a queen bed, and an egg crate topper is provided for added comfort!

Enjoy a tub/shower combo with a glass door as well as provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Under the sink is a hand-held steamer for stubborn wrinkles.

The balcony has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and faces east for the most gorgeous sunrises! It's furnished with 2 adirondack chairs as well as a bistro table w/2 chairs. Enjoy wine or tea while you're watching folks play below in the heated pool and hot tub.

Pack a bit lighter with all the family amenities provided: 2 baby gates, a high chair, infant plates/utensils/sippy cups, kid games, beach toys/balls for all ages, 3 scooters, 5 boogie boards, and an umbrella w/sand digger! The kitchen features 2 coffee pots w/filters and an espresso machine. Coffee is provided! There is also an indoor smokeless grill for when you don't want to go to the "backyard" and use one of our charcoal grills. (Please replace anything you break for the next family's enjoyment).

If you don't want to shlep your own stuff to the beach, call Gulf Coast Rental Co to provide your beach set-ups and tear-downs!

The unit is in walking distance to the beautiful Johnson Beach State Park as well as several restaurants/food trucks and Villagio Shopping Center (eat, drink, shop, spa, rent bikes). Outside, you can explore the state park, Big Lagoon, take a sunset sail on Sail Wild Hearts, or ride down to the world-famous indoor/outdoor (and #1 southern bar) the FloraBama!
