This cute little one bedroom one bath unit can sleep up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a king bed and there is a pullout sofa in the living room. This unit is minutes from downtown Pensacola and just a mile from the main gate of NAS Pensacola. Navy point boat ramp is 1/4 miles from this unit and we can accommodate boat parking. Pensacola Beach is about 20 minutes away and Perdido Key beaches are about 25 minutes. Come enjoy another beautiful day in paradise with us.

Overall a very good property. A few minor issues. Biggest issue was the hot water in the shower dripped constantly and there was no "off" position. Regardless of how the knob was turned it remained between a drip and stream. This did not cause a serious issue once we figured it out. A few other minor inconveniences such as missing remote for the living room tv (bedroom tv remote worked both TVs so easy solution), only 1 washcloth (again not a major issue we picked up some of our own) and the toilet wobbled - it flushed fine and didn't leak. All in all considering the price we paid we would stay again. Property manager was quick to reply to any questions we had.

Ideal for a Budget-Friendly Getaway

I recently stayed at this cozy one-bedroom VRBO cottage, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. While the neighborhood might not be the most picturesque, it is more than acceptable for the price point, and the value you get is certainly worthwhile. Upon entering the cottage, I was greeted with a clean, well-decorated space, which is always my top priority when choosing a rental. The retro fridge adds a touch of charm to the kitchen, and the entire place has a quaint, inviting vibe. Though a bit older, the bathroom offers a reliably hot shower, which I appreciated. The cottage is well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries, and the towels provided are soft and good quality. The little welcome items (dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and soap) were a thoughtful touch. Although the property doesn't have central AC, the window AC units kept the space nice and cool upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The temperature inside was just right, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the exterior landscaping could use some sprucing up, the property does feature a barbecue pit, which might be a nice bonus for some guests, even though I didn’t use it myself. Despite the initial concerns about the neighborhood, the cottage itself stands out as a clean and comfortable retreat.

So cozy and nice

This place was honestly so beautiful on the in side and the property owner was so nice and understanding. I had an amazing experience with this property and it made my vacation even better.
