Great clean and quite neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping and a Short Drive to The Beach. Enjoy the unique entertainment/events that Beautiful Historic East Hills has to offer. Charming Cottage style home, with original hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms have all been updated, large bedrooms and closets, with extra storage in the Laundry Room. This cozy home has all new appliances and amenities. New remote controlled lights. Antique and art style decor throughout the home complete 2 master bedrooms one with a king Size bed and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin bed. Actually we needed the heat it was a cold spring break. But the heat worked great and the extra blankets were a plus. The plastic on the one mattress was frustrating because it made so much noise and that mattress was also too soft for our liking. the master bed was nice and we didn't use the third room with the two beds. It was nice and close to everywhere we had to go.

The host was GREAT! The location was PEFECT for our stay. Close to a neighborhood market and just a couple of blocks from a lovely park. East Hill is a lovely area and the dogs enjoyed the fenced back yard. Its totally convenient to just about anywhere and we found the pricing to be very very fair and affordable for a longer stay. We will definitely book again when we return to Pensacola. It was simple to get in and out and there is a nice big table in the backyard to sit and eat or have coffee and watch the dogs. Lots of joggers and walkers - its a good area for that. LOVED IT!
