Loved everything about our stay! Very clean. There were so many little touches in the condo that made our stay more comfortable. Had all the pots/pans and seasonings to cook a meal. There was even a stocked coffee bar. Beach access was across the street and it’s only a half mile walk/drive to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola!

Wow! What a great place! Absolutely beautiful view of the bay and beach was right across the street! This rental is immaculate and extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked with items to be able to make meals and feel at home. Host was extremely responsive to any questions. Would definitely return here!

Karl’s condo was great for our beach trip to Pensacola Beach. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the pool area, and the beautiful view over Pensacola Bay. The condo was also very clean. Thanks for having us at your condo!

Very nice view, balcony is huge with comfortable chairs and a table for coffee or cocktails. Comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. Building was very quiet and in a great location away from crowds but close enough to drive there in a minute if you really need to. Gulf Islands National Seashore park and Fort Pickens right down the road which might be the most beautiful beach in the US.

We love Pensacola Beach! This was our first stay at the Sabine and it was great. The condo was fantastic and clean and had everything you could need for cooking, if you so choose. There are grills and a fire pit on the grounds as well as a sauna and small gym. The view was better than expected of the bay and the location was great.

Overall I was impressed with this property. The location is great, just across the street from the beach and less than a mile from the hub of Pensacola Beach. The only reasons I gave the overall stars at 4 vice 5 is because the condo is dated and needs some improvements to bring it to the year 2025, and I had to find the property manager and beg for parking passes so that my car would not be towed. Parking passes should be in the condo during check-in. But, good news there . . . I left the parking passes I acquired in the condo for the next tenant.
