Welcome to this Penthouse Island View condo which is conveniently located in Tower 4. Located adjacent to the Lifestyle Center which is the Heart of the Resort.
Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.
Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Balcony does have a grill for your use.
While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Great Getaway
We had a great time at the Resort, the room was beautiful and had amazing views! Beach on both sides was clean and easy to access, and the pool areas offered plenty of room and chairs no matter what time we went! Food at the resort was amazing as well! Can't wait to plan our next visit!!

Portofino
This is by far the premier resort in the area, and the penthouse we stayed in was just a feather in the cap! The New Years festivities were great as were all the recreational opportunities. My only complaint would be the resort nickel and diming us for basics like lawn games, that’s pretty cheesy.
