Perched on a hill at 650 meters above sea level, it overlooks a breathtaking panorama, from the nearby Sibillini Mountains to the distant sea, across the gently undulating Marche hills, immersed in an area rich in history, culture, and natural beauty.
It is located 1 km from the charming village of Penna San Giovanni, a true oasis of peace, nature, and relaxation.
