This house is a unique and cosy place, just a few steps from Pors Carn beach and La Torche surf spot.

The accommodation:
At the end of a small lane, behind a first row of houses and bordering a nature reserve, the house is close to numerous natural and cultural attractions and just a seven-minute walk from Pors Carn beach and eight minutes from the famous La Torche surf spot.
The house is flooded with light thanks to large glazed areas and is decorated with paintings by the owner's grandfather, adding an artistic and personal touch.
A large, cosy living room invites you to spend time together and enjoy delicious meals at the rustic dining table.

A veranda allows you to enjoy the cool morning hours while admiring the garden. After a good surf session or a walk, you can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which offers a beautiful view of the garden through a large panoramic window.

Bedrooms and beds:
4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. The beds are new and of high quality, with queen-size beds (160x200 cm). The beds on the second floor can be converted into two single beds (80x200 cm) to accommodate children.

Bathrooms:
2 modern and comfortable bathrooms with shower. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

- Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor bonnet, fridge-freezer, numerous household appliances, espresso machine, microwave, toaster, kettle)

- Bed linen obligatory (costs incl. in cleaning fees)

Car parking facilities:
Parking is possible in the street just a few metres from the house (photo provided).

Outdoor area:
Enjoy a large south-facing terrace where you can have lunch in the shade of the Phoenix palms. At the back of the house, in the small flowered and wooded garden, all you can hear is the sea and the birds from the nature reserve. Perfect for relaxing with a good book!

Important points:
- Stairs: The wooden staircase, which is in the centre of the living room, was handmade by us and secured by a professional. A child safety lock is fitted. The staircase consists of two chicken ladders. It is important to climb carefully. Do not allow small children to use the stairs unsupervised.
- Access: The house is accessible via a small lane 2.30 metres wide at the narrowest point; small cars or experienced drivers can reverse in. However, we recommend parking in the street.
