We are convinced that you spend probably one of the best holidays experiences respecting RELAXATION, TRANQUILITY AND COMFORT. Ideal location to experience rewarding sensations just as SILENCE, SPACE AND WELFARE. Exclusive Villa located within in a field of ??one hectare of orange plantation, with a house built of 220 m / 2 to two levels, in which you can enjoy big spaces and feeling full liberty. Nice and large terrace where you may enjoy the sunrise breakfasting. You will have a large private swimming pool of 6x12 (fenced) to enjoy a nice swim and be the delight of the little ones and all this at 200 meters from the beach. The arrival day you will find the beds made with one set of towels per person and all rooms with air conditioning. You have 10 bikes including 4 with child seat will be free at your disposal during your stay. Daily cleaning of the pool and its surroundings.Boules court (15X3) and turf area of +/- 200 mts/2 for play football.




The bed linen and towels are included in the price, for stays longer each week we will change. The air conditioning in summer and heating in winter and the wood for the barbecue are included in the price. Daily cleaning of the pool and surroundings (garden) included in the price and the 10 bikes included in the price
Optional: Final cleaning for 150 €. WIFI 15€ (Weekly) Extra bed (90x190cm) 40€. Travel cot for little 20€. Animals 30€. Deposit of 600€ in cash. If you want yours groceries will be waiting for you on arrival, with an additional 15€, please only you give us your shopping list.
Reserve is 30% by bank transfer and 70% in cash on day of arrival.

The house and location are great. The swimming pool is amazing, lots of sun loungers and parasols. Didier was great and the pool was cleaned daily. Isolated property so kids could make lots of noise

Great time

We had a 7 day holiday with 6 people. The house was clean and neat and the pool was cleaned everyday. There were bicycles to be used, not all were in good condition but sufficient. The host was friendly and responsive and advised a few places if we needed. The gear for table tennis etc was not entirely in good condition but otherwise we had a lovely time at Peniscola. We would recommend the accomodation as it suits most needs on a vacation.

Villa au top dans un cadre unique

Propriétaire au top et très attentionné. La villa correspond en tout point à ce qui est annoncé. Les divertissement proposés aux attendus : piscine, billard,vélos, pétanque ... Le tout dans un parc arboré et calme. On a passe une belle semaine au calme et sans vis-à-vis. L’odeur des orangers en fleurs nous ont offert un dépaysement total. On aurait souhaiter rester plus longtemps..

Nous étions 10 personnes a loger chez Didier (9 adultes et 1 bébé). Propriétaire très réactif, tout est super bien pensé, on se sent comme à la maison. Grande maison, tout comme en description. Piscine privée avec barrière de protection pour les enfants, maison très bien située à 3min à pied de la plage. Endroit très calme pour profiter pleinement en famille. Nous recommandons à 100%

Traumhaftes Anwesen, unvergesslicher Urlaub

Alles hat gestimmt, von der Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer (Didier), über die Beschreibung des Objektes, die Lage war perfekt...wir haben überlegt, ob uns irgendwas gefehlt hat...NEIN, es war alles so, wie beschrieben und in echt war es traumhaft. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und drei Kinder (6-10) und jeder hat in der Garage ein passendes Fahrrad gefunden. Alles war mit ihnen in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Strand, etliche Restaurants, sogar zum Montagsmarkt nach Peniscola!!! Pool sehr sauber, das ganze Anwesen gepflegt, Sonnenschirme, Liegen, in der Spielhölle (Garage) viel Spaß gehabt...haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Könnten noch weiter schwärmen :-) Didier ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei kleinsten Mängeln sofort reagiert hat und zur Stelle war. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!!! EINFACH UNVERGESSLICH :-)

Inoubliable

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa. L’espace extérieur est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine est immense et l’espace autour vraiment agréable. Nous avons bien profité du terrain de foot, du billard et du ping-pong. Et quel bonheur d’avoIr tous ces vélos à disposition, nous n’avons presque pas utilisé la voiture. Tout est accessible à vélo par piste cyclable le supermarché, le marchand de fruits et légumes et le soir Benicarló ou Peñíscola pour diner et prendre un verre. Pour ceux qui cuisinent la maison est équipée avec du matériel de pro pour la paëlla et avec un peu de chance le propriétaire vous donnera son secret ;-) Nous étions quatre adultes et 6 jeunes de 14 à 20 ans. Didier merci pour ton accueil et de nous avoir fait partager ta maison de famille, nous avons tous adoré ce séjour chez toi. Je ne peux que recommander même si je préfèrerais garder pour moi ce coin de paradis
