Nie wieder!
Kein Service. Keine Englischkenntnisse. Zimmer wurden in den 4 Tagen nicht einmal aufgeräumt. Nur Salzwasser in der Dusche und Waschbecken. Zimmer sehr dreckig. Im Spiegel sah man sich kaum. Manche Zimmer hatten nicht mal einen Spiegel. Nur in den 4 Zimmern auf dem Dach, welche aus Holz wohl neugebaut wurden, ist es auszuhalten. Der Pool verdreckt und unmöglich Chlorhaltig.

Très belle vue avec piscine superbe, accueil non professionnel, le service du restaurant est dépassé totalement dès qu'il y a plus de 5 personnes ( 45min d'attente pour des oeufs brouillé et 1 café ) bref le cadre est sympa mais le service n'est pas au rdv.

Fantastisk bra Hotel, ägaren är väldigt fint person. En nackdel är duschen var saltvatten från havet men säkert dem skulle fixa den men bra pris och jätte fin Seaview.

Geile Aussicht
Die Rezeption wirkt etwas unproffesionell bei Ankunft war es so als hätten wir garnicht reserviert dann wurde uns direkt mitgeteilt das der Pool nicht zur Verfügung steht da er dreckig ist (was er auch war) unser Zimmer war schön und sauber Vorallem die Badewanne war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Aussicht war das beste an dem ganzen Aufenthalt. Leider kein Strand in der Nähe an dem man ins Wasser kann. Als wir ein Roller ausleihen wollten hieß es wir müssten den halben Tag warten da alle Tanks leer wären nach dem nicht so leckeren Frühstück kam dann einer der uns einen Roller zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Bis zum Crystal Bay Strand fährt man über eine Stunde auf sehr steilen Wegen aber es lohnt sich Vorallem weil man bei der krassen Hitze und Nusa Penida ohne Pool sonst keine Möglichkeit hätte sich zu erfrischen außer im Zimmer zu bleiben ... wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht und das Zimmer wurde nicht zwischen geputzt und keine neuen Handtücher rausgelegt obwohl wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Beim nachfragen direkt welche bekommen . Wir hatten die erste Fähre zurück und mussten daher früh auschecken. Die Rezeption hat jedoch schon geschlafen so dass wir sie wecken mussten um auszuchecken und wie verabredet zum Hafen gebracht zu werden. Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage hatten jedoch gehofft dass es am Strand läge was nicht der Fall ist.

Hotel is moeilijk toegankelijk, verschrikkelijk hoge trede om bij de kamer te komen. geen sanitaire extra zoals zeep ect. ontbijt slecht. handdoeken en beddengoed vies. Extra kosten indien betaald wordt met Visa. Beloofd op de website van alles, maar is absolute geen aanrader!
