Guests with unauthorized pets will be asked to leave with no refund. If your dog is a barker and causes disturbance to neighbors, you will be asked to end your stay. Dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations & flea/tick treatments, potty trained for outdoors (no puppy pads allowed) . Must stay off furniture and be leashed outdoors. Must not be left unattended (if left alone, must be crated). Owners will bag and dispose of poop inside & outside of fence.

Great stay in Pendleton!

We had a very enjoyable stay! The house was perfect for our group (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and provided easy access to Lake Hartwell - the reason for our trip (high school fishing tournament). The house was super clean and exactly as advertised. We would book again!

Short stay in Pendleton Sc

This property was everything as described. We had two small dogs and the fenced in area was perfect for them. It was a nice quiet, lovely neighborhood for walking and only a 1 mile walk to the main downtown square of Pendleton which is really cute. We were only 10 min away from our son at Clemson university which was the reason for our visit. All accommodations, bathroom, bedrooms etc were 100%as advertised. I will definitely try to stay here again when I the area. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect little home

This is a cute little home in a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. The home is also close to anything you may need. We attend events at the T. Ed Garrison Arena yearly and will definitely be booking this home again for our next stay.
