No he podido utilizar mi reserva, después de desplazarme 300km, el dueño del hotel, dijo que ya no trabajaba con vosotros y no pudimos utilizar la reserva. Tuvimos que volvernos a casa, otros 300km. Espero vuestros comentarios urgentemente y espero alguna compensación por este desastre.
