O corredor, próximo ao quarto não tinha iluminação, o que fazia com que tivéssemos que entrar tateando até conseguir acender luzes. A pia não tinha escoamento de água. Com a pia sempre cheia, coisas simples ficaram mais complicadas. As toalhas são pequenas e ultra finas. Café da manhã muito bom e equipe de atendimento excelente.

Excelente equipe de funcionários, localização e café da manhã. Quanto às acomodações, o quarto era bem amplo e, embora só tivesse uma cama de casa, teria espaço suficiente para acomodar 4 pessoas. Quanto ao hotel, ele já precisa de uma manutenção, não diria reforma, mas existem pequenos detalhes a serem reparados, como por exemplo no meu quarto o ar-condicionado estava pingando para dentro e o puxador da cortina estava desconectado, no entanto isso não me incomodou muito. O Hotel possui duas piscinas muito interessantes, mas ambas estavam em manutenção.

O quarto é grande, estava limpo e o chuveiro é maravilhoso. A localização e atendimento são excelentes. Mas o hotel precisa de uma reforma. O local do café da manhã é escuro e muito velho. O café também tinha poucas opções e devido a ter a opção de omelete feito na hora, saímos cheiramos a fritura do café. A piscina está inutilizável e o estacionamento só funciona com manobrista. Enfim, não sei se eu voltaria…

Funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos. Localização muito boa, com todo tipo de comércio e restaurantes na volta. Bom café da manhã. Chuveiro quentinho. Quartos antigos e sem fechadura no banheiro, além do cheiro de velho. Para piorar a situação, o hotel queima lenha no estacionamento e fica o cheiro no hotel todo, principalmente em alguns quartos que ficam na frente da chaminé. Tornando impossível dormir e até respirar. A limpeza deixa a desejar. Apenas arrumam a roupa de cama e tiram o lixo. Diversas toalhas estavam manchadas ou desgastadas. A porta do banheiro estava com cupim, por isso, sempre tinham alguns no banheiro, além da sujeira que eles produzem nunca ser limpa. Café da manhã deixa a desejar e as comidas são sempre amanhecidas, pois sobra devido a baixa quantidade de hóspedes.

Toda equipe muita atenciosa. Café da manhã muito bom. Porém : Wi-Fi péssimo, quarto satisfatório , mas precisa manutenção geral. Banheiro muito a desejar, no box de banho não tinha sabonete, água quente quando aberto o registro , tinha barulho de motosserra, espelho cheio de ferrugem, secador de cabelo em péssimo estado, todo área do banho e pia precisa de muita manutencao . Porta de entrada do apto fecha somente com forte batida . Enfim, todo o hotel merece uma renovação visual e manutenção .

Hotel bem localizado, mas velho/antigo, banho muito bom, cama já precisando trocar, achei as toalhas limpas porém velhas, ambiente do local do café escuro, café bom e simples. Desagradável é descer para tomar café e quando voltar para o quarto, a chave magnetica desativada, é preciso descer, ir na portaria e pedir para habilitar a chave. Totalmente desagradável. No geral hotel razoável.

Hospedagem de passagem no Hotel Manta

Hotel mal consevado, presença de formigas no quarto e nos moveis, banheiro pouco limpo, com limo nos rejuntes. Deveriam cuidar mais da limpeza. De bom tem o café da manhã, de muito bom nivel, com tapiocas variadas e omeletes preparados na hora. Achei o hotel muito caro pelo o que oferece, mas não há muitas opções mo centro de Pelotas.

Precisa de algumas melhorias

Já me hospedei outras vezes no hotel, mas dessa vez não fui feliz. Fronhas de travesseiro já estavam amarelas e desgastadas, café da manhã razoável (já foi melhor), e a internet não funcionou me informaram que a rede estava instável, fiquei 2 dias sem internet no hotel, pois não funcionava a nem a minha, o chuveiro não saía água direito, mas falei pra eles e resolveram no dia.
