Die Villa ist bis 6 Personen und in zwei Wohnungen aufgeteilt.

Die erste Wohnung (unten) ist 40 qm groß, bestehend aus Küche/ Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Kamin, Zweibettzimmer und einem großen Badezimmer, Grill (Grillkohle nicht vorhanden).

Die zweite Wohnung (oben) ist 60 qm groß bestehend aus Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschinen, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Einzelzimmer, Bad, überdachte Terrasse mit Ausblick und Dachgeschoss 30 qm mit 3 Betten. Im Garten gibt es einen Pool geöffnet von 31/05 bis 28/09/2026.

Im Garten sind 2 kleine Fontänen, Verfügbar sind noch ein Grill (Grillkohle nicht vorhanden), Liegestühle, Stühle, Tische sowie ein Tisch für bis zu 12 Personen. Das Haus ist komplett umgezäunt und hat einen privaten Parkplatz für 3 Autos.

Hiermit bestätigen wir, dass folgende Leistungen inbegriffen sind: Waschmaschine (1 pro Wohnung), Küche mit Backofen und Mikrowelle (jede Wohnung), 2 Sat-TV (italienische und deutsche Sender), Bettwäsche, WLAN, privater Pool.
Die Sauna ist nur auf Anfrage und kostet € 160,00/Woche (nicht möglich in Juli und August).

Achtung Bitte, wir erinnern Sie, wir bieten keine Handtücher und Bademäntel.

Möglichkeit auch das Chalet Monica nebenan dazu zu buchen (insgesamt 16 Schlafplätze). In diesem Fall 5% Rabatt auf die Reservierung von beide Häuser.

Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Bergbereich (Höhe 1.100 mt) gennent Bodone (Ortsteil von Peglio) mit wunderschönen Blick über den gesamten Comer See.

In der Nähe von Bodone, 6 km entfernt in Peglio sind kleine Geschäfte, Minimarkt und ein Restaurant. Der Strand und der See befinden sich in Gravedona 12 km von Bodone entfernt, erreichbar mit einer kurvigen Straße, Fahrzeit ca. 40 Minuten.

Die Straße von Peglio nach Bodone (6 km) ist kurvig und Teilweise eng, asphaltierte und teilweise unbefestigte.

Extrakosten pro Tag € 2,00 pro Person, € 7,00 pro Fahrzeug /Woche.(für die Bergstrasse), Holz € 40,00/Woche und Gasverbrauch (für Heizung, Warmwasser und zum Kochen) € 8,00/ m³. Diese zusätzlichen Kosten müssen am Ende des Urlaubs bezahlt werden.
