Lux Villa on the first line in Coral bay. The layout is open-concept living room with large Windows and sea views. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed, dining area has a small sofa and modern glass table for 8 people. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a glass coffee table, a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, DVD, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A few steps from the living room is a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning. Large closet in hallway and separate bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Downstairs on the lower floor spacious bedroom, with single bed, cot and soft chairs with a coffee table. Side door leads to patio and pool. Upstairs on the top floor a further tree bedrooms, all have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and balcony with lovely panoramic sea views. One bedroom has a double bed with toilet and shower. Second bedroom with double bed, third bedroom with 2 single beds. On the floor there is a shared bathroom with bathtub and WC. There is a patio for sunbathing next to the swimming pool and barbecue area with dining table comfortable chairs and sofas for 8 people.

Two weeks of paradise.

We enjoyed two weeks of paradise and the villa was everything we had hoped for. Ekaterina was brilliant and always on hand if we needed. Would recommend!

Stunning views

This Villa is incredible Although it’s shouldn’t be advertised as a 4 bedroom Villa as one of the bedrooms is in the basement and stinks of damp. (We didn’t use this room as a result) Other than that the Villa is superb. Lovely swimming pool and literally a walk down the back garden and you have the sea to yourselves. Great for snorkelling.only thing to watch out for other than the basement bedroom is the electricity charge at the end of the week.

The villa is located with a beautiful sea-view . it is well functioning for 6 adults. 2 bedrooms rooms with wonderful sea-view. The pool is clean and well functioning. The beach 500 meters away was good however with MANY people and loud mucis from the beach bar. You can swim just infront of the house however it is a stony beach. The local village has around 20 restaurants with local food
