Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Meer circa 100-120 m. Es ist fĂŒr Hundebesitzer sehr gut geeignet. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung mit einer tollen Sauna und auch die sonstige Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen tollen TV mit Netflix und Amazon und so weiter. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes individuell eingerichtetes Haus in StrandnÀhe

Wir haben hier nur ein Wochenende verbracht aber waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus entsprach genau der Anzeige (kurze Lage zum Strand absolut unschlagbar) und die Kommunikation war sowohl vor, wĂ€hrend als auch nach der Reise super. Besonders super fand ich, dass es im Gartenhaus fĂŒr die kleinsten Spielzeug gab und auch im Haus eine Kommode mit Kinderspielen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wundervolle Lage in tollem Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten zu dritt mit zwei Hunden eine wundervolle Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Es war alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Zum Strand ging es direkt hinterm Haus. Perfekte Lage am Wasser und direkt am Hundestrand. Man fĂŒhlt sich gleich willkommen. Auch der Check in erfolgte problemlos. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Da grĂ¶ĂŸere und kleinere MĂ€ngel nur 3*. Versuch MĂ€ngel mit VM zu klĂ€ren, entpuppte sich als Albtraum

Bei Ankunft kaputte Matratze im 2.SZ => kein gutes Liegen & kein Schlafkomfort! 140er Breite des Bettes war gerade ausreichend. Das 3.SZ, vom VM als vollwertiges SZ mit Schlafcouch + Federkernmatratzen versprochen + TV inseriert, war doch nicht so „vollwertig“. Schlafcouch hat nur einseitig einen Federkern - andere FlĂ€che nur Schaumstoff => man liegt auf Holzgestell durch. TV fehlte ebenso. Auch ist 3.SZ nicht so sorgsam eingerichtet => versprĂŒht den Charme eines ‚Abstell‘-Raumes – siehe andere Bewertungen. Plus kleinere MĂ€ngel, die schnell abgestellt werden können, wenn einem daran gelegen ist. Erfahrung mit VM war ernĂŒchternd => 2* Abwertung. Nachdem wir MĂ€ngel nach 1. Nacht dem VM schriftlich ĂŒber FeWo mitgeteilt hatten, keine RĂŒckmeldung von ihm (vor Buchung sonst immer schnelle Antwort). Erst 4 Tage spĂ€ter war es möglich mit ihm dazu zu telefonieren. Doch statt sich um die Probleme zu kĂŒmmern, wurde uns von ihm latent unterstellt wir wĂŒrden nur MĂ€ngel suchen und erfinden, um Preis drĂŒcken zu wollen. Nachdem Verwaltung vor Ort sich von MĂ€ngeln ĂŒberzeugt hatte und mit dem VM auch keine Lösung finden konnte, neuer Versuch einer direkten KlĂ€rung. Doch nun fing VM an uns fĂŒr die BeschĂ€digung d. Matratze verantwortlich machen zu wollen. Auf andere MĂ€ngel und fehlende Ausstattung ist er gar nicht erst eingegangen. Entschuldigung von seiner Seite, fĂŒr die uns entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten? Fehlanzeige! Wir empfinden sein Verhalten als beschĂ€mend => keine Weiterempfehlung!

Super - ganz wie im letzten Jahr

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Haus und haben fĂŒr nĂ€chstes Jahr schon wieder gebucht. Das Haus war super sauber und ist sehr heimelig eingerichtet, es war tatsĂ€chlich ein GefĂŒhl wie nach Hause kommen. Die Lage ist wunderbar, kurzer Weg zum Strand, nicht weit zu SupermĂ€rkten und Restaurants. Wir durften unseren Hund wieder mitbringen und fĂŒr ihn war es dort ganz wunderbar mit eingezĂ€untem Garten und Platz genug im Haus. Vermieter und Verwalter sind jederzeit erreichbar, falls es notwendig sein sollte und wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden wie abgesprochen. Vielen Dank, Herr JĂ€ckel, dass Sie Ihr Haus zur VerfĂŒgung stellen und wie wiederkommen dĂŒrfen.
