I absolutely loved my stay here. From the beautiful hotel itself to the incredible people who work here, it truly became a home away from home. A very special mention to Dedi, Ayu and Dinda as well as the entire team, who made my stay so memorable. I felt genuinely cared for from the moment I arrived. Everyone was so warm, kind, attentive and it was those little interactions each day that made such a difference. The wonderful team really is what makes this place so special. The hotel is new, beautifully designed and has such a lovely, calm atmosphere. The pool area is gorgeous and peaceful, with the option to relax in either the sun or shade depending on what you feel like. I also loved the filtered by water available throughout the hotel which is such a great and thoughtful addition. It’s one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable and looked after and I was genuinely sad to say goodbye. I’m so grateful to the whole team for making my stay so wonderful and would happily come back again.
