Clean at a good price.

Check in and check out was very quick. The hotel was close to everything and had a restaurant, pub, and liquor store all in the same building. Room was very clean, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable. The room was starting to show its age, but that didn’t bother me as the cleanliness was great. The room was also very affordable.

Hotel room was average, the beds were well worn with sagging in the middle. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. No eggs no ham no sausage no bacon no fruit no yogurt. Very limited cereal and bread options. The coffee was poor quality and watered down. And the egg sandwich that was wrapped up appeared to be prepared somewhere else. When I took a packaged egg sandwich to go because I didn’t eat one there the attendant told me I wasn’t supposed to take it from the room but he would allow it this one time. When I bit into it later I realized I should have never taken it in the first place

The bath room basin light never able to turn on at room 222. The HAVC not able to heat up despite turned on high temperature in winter month of early March. Had been staying in the hotel couple of times but room maintenance always disappointed.

Our stay at The Quality Hotel in Peace River was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay. The room was a dream – beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel. It was spacious, well-appointed, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The facilities at this hotel are world-class. We enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the bar,casino and the spa/pool which provided the perfect place to relax. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to all tastes.

Front desk service and hospitality was as expected. The room strangely was overheated due to an improperly adjusted air conditioner / heater set to 85 F. There was no turndown service during the 4 nights we stayed there, the room floors remained dirty, there was not enough soap or towels for the duration of our stay.
