This excellent and modern pool house is located in the middle of the countryside. In a hilly position and in the small village of Buici, not far from Pazin, you will enjoy a beautiful nature. You will live in the middle of aromatic woods and beautiful pastures. In the stone house a lot of attention is paid to tradition, at the same time the interior is chic and equipped with contemporary furniture and appliances. External staircases connect the three units of the house, one is distributed between the first floor and the second floor, the other two have rooms only on the first floor. The large living room and kitchen are located on the first floor, bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed between the first floor and the 1st floor. Children in the first place will be pleased with these additional facilities: swing, slide, sandbox and PlayStation2.
