Villa Lavanda is situated in the very heart of Istria. Beaches in Rovinj, charming medieval towns of inner Istria, historic monuments of Pula ... are all within 30 minutes from the house. The supermarket, restaurants, shops are within 10 minutes drive.

The house is newly built and modernly decorated. The outside features a closed and fenced private garden with a large pool, sunbeds, parasols, plenty of space for children, charcoal grill and a large outside dining table.

The interior is new and modern. There are 6 beautiful bedrooms, and with the living room sofa, the house has a capacity for 14 people. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, a large kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living room. The first floor has 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a second kitchen. The interior is air-conditioned, the house has free FLAT WiFi for our guests, private parking is ensured.

Perfect stay

We have just left the house after a fantastic week-long stay. The house was perfect for our large group — two families with a total of 13 people. Plenty of space, large bedrooms, modern decor, and very clean. The private pool was absolutely priceless, especially for the kids.The host is very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. If we return to northern Croatia, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Alles war mindestens so gut, wie auf den Bildern. Man konnte sich total gut draußen beschäftigen (Schaukel, Badminton, Trampolin, Hängematte, etc.) und das Haus ist super schön und geräumig gewesen.

Wirklich ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus mit wunderschönen Zimmern. Wir waren mit 14 Personen (8 Erwachsene und 6 Kids ) dort und waren rund um komplett zufrieden. Super fanden wir die beiden großen Tische ( 1x drinnen und einmal draussen Überdacht vor dem Haus) wo wir immer alle zusammen, egal ob Frühstück (meistens drinnen) oder Mittag und Abendessen (immer draussen) an einem Tisch Platz fanden Auch die Kommunikation per SMS bereits vor der Ankunft um noch die ein oder andere Frage zu Beantworten war sehr schnell und nett. Das Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig.

Fantastische plek

Wat een geweldig huis is dit! Het bestaat uit twee losse appartementen, beide met drie slaapkamers. Beneden zijn er twee badkamers en een grote keuken. Boven een badkamer, los toilet en kleinere keuken. Wij waren met 13 personen: 8 beneden en 5 boven. Twee lagen beneden in de woonkamer op de slaapbank. Dat was redelijk te doen. De tuin is erg groot en het zwembad van bijna 10 bij 4 meter is fantastisch. De plek is een prima uitvalsbasis naar de kust en mooie plaatsen als Rovinj en Pula. Alles in Istrië is in een 30-45 minuten te bereiken. Alles bij elkaar hebben wij het fantastisch gehad. We raden dit huis zeker aan!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal mit 5 Personen da. Es war ein wenig wie nach Hause kommen. Eine sehr nette Begrüßung durch die Eigentümer, kalte Getränke und ein großer Obstkorb erwarteten uns. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, super sauber, die Matratzen, zumindest für uns unglaublich toll und hochwertig (das mag ja jeder anders). Das Haus besteht aus zwei komplett getrennten Wohnungen, die obere ist etwas kleiner. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil in der unteren, größeren Küche, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kontaktgrill, ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck. Oben Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen, Wasserkocher, ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen. Oben Bad mit Badewanne, unten zwei Duschbäder. Ausreichend Handtücher und Duschtücher sind vorhanden. Der große Garten ist von außen nicht einsehbar, gepflegt, auf der Terasse ein großer Esstisch mit bequemen neuen Stühlen. Oben die Wohnung hat eine eigene kleine Terrasse, hierfür wurden auch neue schöne Möbel angeschafft. Im Garten gibt es zuerst natürlich den wirklich großen und gut gepflegten Pool mit neuen hochwertigen Holzliegen inkl. hochwertigen Auflagen. Dazu noch eine Hängematte und einen Hängesessel im Schatten. Zwei große Sonnenschirme sind auch vorhanden. Ein Netz zum Wasserballspielen, Bälle, ein Basketballkorb mit Ball, ein Trampolin, ein Federballspiel mit Netz, ein kleiner Sandkasten,, zwei Schaukeln, ein Grill……alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter wohnen gleich nebenan und sind unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße (allerdings ist es Nachts wirklich ruhig und der Garten liegt zur anderen Seite) in einem winzigen Ort. Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist knapp 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Poren und Rovinji je in etwa 25 zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, es ist alles neu und sehr sauber. Im Haus befinden sich neben den Schlafzimmern drei Badezimmer und eine Toilette. Außerdem noch eine weitere Toilette im Aussenbereich, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man am Pool ist. Der Pool ist herrlich erfrischend. Abends wird es oft recht frisch, da benötigt man schon einen Pullover, aber dafür kann man auch gut schlafen. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt ca. 30 Minuten von den nächsten Stränden bzw. Städten am Wasser entfernt. Wenn man weiß, dass man ein Stück fahren muss, ist es kein Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

Es war ein toller Urlauj

Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir wurden von Erika sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie war auch immer erreichbar aber nie aufdringlich und sehr nett. Es ist ausreichend Platz für große Gruppen, der Garten mit Pool und Hängematte lädt zum totalen Entspannen ein. Wir hatten ganz wunderbare zwei Wochen und können das Haus absolut empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nach Kroatien

Perfekt für die ganze Familie

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, alles sehr sauber, viel Platz, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, der Pool ein echtes Highlight, der Garten schön groß zum Spielen - für jedes Familienmitglied war der Urlaub rundum gelungen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber!
