With all the comforts of home, including a TV, reverse cycle A/C, and an undercover deck area with an outdoor dining space, you are sure to enjoy your getaway in this cute, modern cottage. This cozy cottage is the perfect springboard to the wonderful cafe and restaurant life along the Paynesville esplanade or take a stroll on the ferry to Raymond Island, enjoy the bird watching along the board walks and spot one of the local koalas.

Tucked behind the owners’ residence, there is ample parking for a car and trailer, a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils, along with an electric hotplate and Gas BBQ in the undercover deck area.

Cozy and well decorated cottage at the back of a property, so I felt safe. With the use of the bbq in a beautiful back yard meant that cooking amenities were available. The hosts are helpful with providing dining local options, directions and local knowledge.

Quiet oasis with great walks by the lake 200m away.

This is an exceptional addition to the extensive short stay environment of this beautiful part of East Gippsland. A no fuss base for all that the region has to offer with gorgeous hosts.
