On the opposite side of the home, leading out from the fully equipped kitchen, is a covered deck overlooking the private pool.

The split floor plan on the main floor has four bedrooms and three updated full baths. On the ground floor, with exterior access only, are two bedrooms as well as an updated full bath shared in between plus a laundry room with second refrigerator. 

The homeowners of Lazy Daisy have a big family who love being at the beach and are pleased to share it with vacationing guests. Recent upgrades have given this cottage a fresh new coastal ambiance. Guests love the saltwater pool with sun deck and nighttime lighting.

Beach access is directly across the road. The small community boat launch is located on the next street over providing easy access for kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the tidal canal and saltmarsh creek.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays. 

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays only.

DISCLOSURE: One camera is located on the front of the house facing the driveway and road.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
