Hamilton 503 features beautiful improvements throughout as well as a spacious, top floor (5th floor) balcony with panoramic beach and ocean view. The balcony also overlooks one of the community pools tucked behind low sand dunes.

Glass sliding doors framed on each side by picture windows bring abundant natural light as well as the spectacular ocean view into the open-concept common areas. The fully equipped kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining areas are perfect for sharing time with family and friends.

Two bedrooms have king beds - one with access to the oceanfront balcony, and all three bedrooms are en suite with signature bed & bath coordinates.

POOL / BEACH ACCESS: Hamilton’s oceanside outdoor pool and hot tub are centrally located. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.) The nearest beach boardwalk access is located on the building’s south end.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
