Litchfield Retreat 504, Pool and Easy Beach Access
Litchfield Retreat 504 - Beautiful 5th floor unit - totally remodeled and updated. This unit is all on one level and located in the North wing with a good ocean view from the balcony. The living area has a wall of floor to ceiling glass windows and a door that opens to the covered balcony. The balcony is furnished with chairs and a table. Enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon beverages with a peaceful view of the tree top canopy of North Litchfield Beach and out to the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and solid surface counter tops. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 extra seats at the breakfast bar. The flooring throughout this condo is LV Plank, and perfect for your vacation life at the beach. The bedroom 1 also has floor to ceiling windows and a view of the ocean. This bedroom has a king bed and private bath with tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with singles. The 2nd bath is in the hallway and also has a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are remodeled and updated with new vanity and sink with Shiplap backsplash, and tub has a tile surround. Amenities include a covered parking space, and a ground level storage closet for storing your beach chairs and boogie boards. You'll enjoy your beach vacation in this beautiful unit!

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
