Lakeside Villa 58A Lakefront Beautiful Lakefront Villa in Litchfield By The Sea - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths This beautiful condo is in the best location for a panoramic view of Osprey Lake. Bring your binoculars to watch all the ducks and shorebirds visiting this saltwater habitat. This is a spacious villa with extended living and dining area, vaulted ceiling, skylights and lots of windows providing the perfect views. The dining area has seating for 4 with additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The living area and master suite open to a screened porch overlooking the lake. The master suite has a queen bed, cable TV, a sliding door opens to the screened porch and there is a private bath. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed, TV and en suite access to the hall bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for your vacation and features a breakfast bar. This villa is comfortably furnished throughout, and great for weekly rentals in the summer as well as monthly stays during the off season.

#58A is a short walk to the Lakeside community pool. Litchfield by the Sea amenities include oceanfront clubhouse, tennis courts, saltwater lake with a fishing pier, a saltmarsh overlook with floating dock. This villa is equipped with Cable TVs, DVD, Internet, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Central H/VAC, Ceiling fans, Screened Porch. This villa also has Assigned Parking. Charcoal Grills are not permitted in the Lakeside Villas Community.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

No Charcoal Grills are permitted inside Lakeside Villas Community.
Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
Motorcycles, jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred, and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
