Lovely sunroom facing the canal. Large comfortable screened porch with ceiling fan and sundeck overlooking the canal upstairs. Easy outside access to downstairs recreation room, facing the canal with TV. This room also has its own kitchen and snack bar! Other amenities include stereo, WiFi and gas grill. New easy kayak entry on canal with new dock. 6 TVs in house. New outside shower. Downstairs has an outside entrance and key is required. Distance to the Beach 3.5 min
