They feature a full kitchen, a dining area, living room, a washer/dryer, and a patio or balcony. The Avian community has its own private pool, and also shares the Litchfield by the Sea private beach facilities, tennis courts, Play Pool Plaza with a lazy river, and access to the fitness center, indoor heated pool, and hot tub

Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions.
