Total failure on Stayz performance.

Property has been vacant for 2 years.Building in total in disrepair.STAYZ this is disgusting.The so called call for assistance was below poor.I had to book my own accommodation at my own expense.The call centre was usless.I wonder how long it will take for a refund.I assume they will pay for my alternative accommodation.
