The host were so nice and any issues were dealt with Right away Big house. Was very surprised how much the utilities were.ver clean place. The only issues we had were the distance from everything. Nothing in walking distance. Taxi wouldn't come to pickup or drop off because the narrow streets. So use the bolt app for transport. I would stay there again. utilities cost 4 days was almost what i

We enjoyed the stay and the hosts were very helpful.

The stay was very nice and the hosts stayed up late to check us in. They even helped us arrange a pig roast at the unit. My only complaint would be that the unit does not have 3 bathrooms as represented. It has 2 bathrooms and an outside shower, No third sink or toilet. Also, it is hard to do dishes with no hot water at the kitchen sink.

Zu teuer und Strom kostet extra

Hallo, am Tag der Anreise wird man aufgefordert, eine Kaution von 8.000 Baht für den Strom zu bezahlen, da ich nicht genügend Baht bei mir hatte, bezahlte ich 200 Euro, dies wurde schriftlich festgehalten und unterschrieben. Am Tag der Abreise kam ein Teil vom Reinigungspersonal mit der Vorarbeiterin, sie legte mir einen Zettel hin, wo der Zählerstand notiert war, ich sollte insgesamt einen Betrag von 10.388 Baht bezahlen, nur für den Strom, den ich verbraucht haben soll. Das heißt, 200 Euro plus ca. 2.800 Baht, das sind zusätzlich 265 Euro nur für den Strom. Dies muss ausdrücklich bei der Buchung mit angegeben werden, da es nur einen Zähler gab, habe ich den gesamten Stromverbrauch inklusiv Kühlschrank und Swimmingpool (Pumpe läuft Tag und Nacht) bezahlt. Der aktuelle Strompreis in Pattaya liegt bei 3,6 Baht pro Einheit, der Vermieter wollte aber 7 Baht pro Einheit Abkassieren, nach einer langen Diskussion mit dem Personal, sollte ich dann zum Schluss 5,5 Baht bezahlen pro Einheit, dies ergab eine Summe in Euro von 208.33,– das sind bei 20 Tagen 10.41,– Euro pro Tag an Strom. So eine Unverschämtheit mit zusätzlichen Kosten habe ich bis jetzt in keinem Urlaub gehabt. Nun zu der Villa, die Villa war nicht so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt wird, die Bilder sind schon sehr alt, da die Villa sehr abgewohnt ist. Das schlimmste war, dass in der ganzen Villa kleine Ameisen waren, überall, in jedem Zimmer,selbst im Bett wurde man gezwickt. Bilder und Videomaterial stehen zur Verfügung.

Fotos können täuschen

Die gezeigten Fotos entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen und wirken wesentlich heller und die Räume werden größer dargestellt. Das Objekt ist bereits sehr alt. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war in Ordnung. Wir sind am 26.05.19 angereist und haben uns direkt nach Einchecken in dieses Objektes nach einem anderen Ferienhaus umgeschaut und sind somit am gleichen Tag umgezogen. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen. Nichts ist in direkter Nähe.
