OK room. good wifi

The room is very nice. Ok television but no good English channels. Wifi was exellent. Far from everything and we not have motorbike.

Shop converted into a bedroom

Check in was fast and efficient. But that particular room seems to be meant for a shop instead of a bedroom. It did not have a proper door but rather a glass door with aluminium frame and blocked by wooden blinds. Bathroom had a shower curtain separating the toilet but somehow the whole toilet will end up getting wet. Kitchenette was clean but the mugs had coffee stains. Bottled water was not supplied but they had a mini mart just 3 doors away. Yes, we stayed 3 doors away from the mini mart. Balcony was rather big though. TV was quite an antique but had most cable channels. Swimming pool was great in size and the beach was just right next to the pool. Room cleanliness was above average. But I truly question the legality of converting a shop into a bedroom.

My review reflects the exceptionally low price charged at the apartment that I rented. A large ground floor self catering apartment that was well appointed if a little dated. Good a/c, black out curtains, good wifi but only in apartment, reasonable shower altogether good value. Good pool the restaurant advertises breakfast but is still not open by 9.00am! Location could be regarded as a problem. The beach immediately outside the condo is as good as any on Jomtien and if you want that plus a few local restaurants at night then this place is fine. It is around a 20 minute walk to reach the main Jomtien beach area with bars and restaurants and is a taxi (about 4km) to Pattaya. Pattaya park is immediately adjacent and that is a great day out at the pool with water slides and kid's plus adult rides including a ride to the top of the tower at 400b each

Kurze Wege zum Strand; feinsandiger Strand mit schattenspenden Bäumen, sehr angenehm, immer auflandiger Wind, der den Aufenthalt am Strand auch bei größter Hitze erträglich macht. Gute Nähe zu den urbanen Atraktionen---fahrbarer Untersatz, wie z.B. Motorrad oder Roller sinnvoll

Отличное кондо, квартиры достаточно большие, есть все необходимое для приготовления еды самостоятельно, большой бассейн единственный минус в бассейн отделение для детей многр поврежденной плитки на дне , ребенок несколько раз порезал пальчики на ногах. Выход к морю отдельный по чипу на ключе, море грязное как и везде в Паттайе, на время нашего отдыха были большие волны, с ребенком трез лет было проблематично купаться, поэтому мы в основном купались в бассейне. Рядом есть ночной рынок, там можно купить готовую еду и фрукты, разные сувениры. Если пройти на главную улицу , на тук-туке на право , можно доехать до Food Marketa там можно купить все продукты доя приготовления еды самостоятельно. ( овощи, хлеб , мясо , крупы и т.д.) район достаточно тихий. С ребенком самое оно. При въезде на входе нас встретил Андрей проводил в номер, объяснил все и в дальнейшем во время отдыха обращались к нему , никогда не было отказа, во всем помогал. В общем расположение отличное мы были довольны. Минус был один то что на столе ничего нельзя было оставить , сразу набегали муравьи. А в остальном все отлично для семейного отдыха.

迷ったら高い部屋にしましょう。

同施設内移動で滞在延長予定でした。 チェックアウトの用意を整えて待っていたところ、ロシア人の管理人の方がやってきて、「今日も同じ部屋にいてOK」と言いました。移る予定だった部屋をみせてもらうと、やはり掃除が出来ていませんでした。前回に続き２回目ですが、荷物をまとめる前に行ってくれればいいのに．．．と思います。 ルームクリーニングをしないまま過ごしているので「この部屋だけでも掃除して」と頼んだところ、約束時間を過ぎてもやってこず、何度も催促しなければなりませんでした。 やってきたお掃除ファミリーが一家総出で掃除してくれましたが、リネンの交換をしてくれず（部屋の掃除しか頼まれていないとのこと。）これまた頼み込んで交換してもらいました。 滞在中ずっと換気扇は壊れたままでしたが、業者を呼ぶのに最低５日はかかるぜ！と直す気配なし。 立派なキッチンなだけにもったいない対応だなーと思います。 全タイプの部屋を見せてもらいましたが、最もお安い部屋は絶対にすすめません。 １階で、元事務所をホテルに改装したかのような部屋でした、キッチンはなくバスルームも悲しい感じ、二日と居れないと思います。 真ん中のタイプと最も高額タイプは、５階でお隣同士の部屋。安いほうは換気扇がなく全体的に古さが漂います。高額タイプは気合入れて改装したのでしょう、バスルームも立派です。価格にあまり差がないようでしたら、絶対にこの部屋にしたほうが良いです。 長期滞在だと気になる洗濯ですが、一階のランドリーは超高額なのでおススメしません。大人二人４日分位の洗濯物を出したら、３，０００円近くかかりました（洋服も下着もしっかりアイロンをかけてくれましたが．．．）。 ２回目以降は、歩いて10分位のストリートにある洗濯屋さんで洗濯機だけまわしてベランダに干しました（ベランダに大きい干し台があります。）。大中小３サイズの洗濯機があり、それぞれ、30、40、50バーツでOKです。 スーパーに買い出しに行く必要がありますが、静かにのんびり過ごしたい方にはおススメです。

コスパ高でおススメなのですが．．．

３段階あるうちの真ん中の部屋を予約したところ、掃除が出来ていなかったようで、高い方の部屋に居ていいよ、と言われました。嬉しいのですが、ルームクリーニングもなく、換気扇も壊れたままなので微妙な気持ち．．．せめて荷造り完了前に言ってほしかったです。予約時に部屋の詳細に記載があった滞在中一回のルームクリーニングサービスを申し出たところ、これまた”？”な雰囲気でした。ドライヤーはリクエストしてもありません、コーヒーメーカーは湯沸かし器です。掃除・ドライヤー・コーヒーメーカーの３点は部屋の説明から削除したほうが良いと思います。全体的にはコストパフォーマンスの高いおススメ物件なのですが、過剰な期待を持って行くとモヤモヤした感じです。

ボンヤリ派には超おススメです。

かなりお得な施設だと思います。 チェックインなど何かあるたびに管理人を電話で呼び出す必要がありますが、 すぐに来てくれますし、ロビーで待っていることも可能なので問題ありません。 部屋の設備に記載されている部屋ドライヤーやDVDプレーヤーはなく、キッチンの換気扇は壊れています。ホテルだと思わず、コンドミニアムという意識で滞在すればとても快適です。 また、滞在中ルームクリーニング一回サービス、というのも期待できません。 申し出ると”？”な感じでした。部屋に掃除機があれば良かったのになあと思います。 周辺にはコンビニとナイトマーケットがあるので数日は事足りますが、一週間もすると飽きます。 パタヤに慣れまくっていて、特に何もせず海を眺めてボンヤリ過ごす人には最高の場所です。
