Upea paikka, ei siivousta

Taksikuskimme ei meinannut löytää hotellia, mutta soitti henkilökunnan meitä vastaan viereisen FamilyMartin parkkipaikalta. Henkilökunta saapui skootterin selässä ja checkkasi meidät sisään samoin tein. Maksoimme 12 yöstä 500 bathia siivousmaksua ja allekirjoitimme jo monien mainitseman lapun, että olemme tietoisia, että airbnbt ovat laittomia. Joka puolella ”hotellissa” olikin ilmoituksia, että tämä ei ole hotelli ja sakkoa voi saada näin ja näin paljon ja vankeutta max vuoden. Emme ottaneet yhteyttä kehenkään lainoppineeseen kehoituksista huolimatta. Ensisäikähdyksestä selvisimme ja reissu meni hyvin. Siivousmaksusta huolimatta kukaan ei siivonnut huonettamme. Kun vessapaperi loppui, laitoin wa-viestiä henkilökunnalle, voisivatko he käydä siivoamassa. Kävivät, mutteivät tulleet toiste. En tiedä. Muuten hotelli oli upea ja rauhallinen. Miinuksena aamupalan puute eikä hotellista muutenkaan saanut mitään ruokaa. Voisimme mennä ystäväni kanssa uudelleen.

Все понравилось, красивая небольшая территория, чистота, рядом пляж, бассейн, хороший вид из окна на море, балконы. В общем понравилось всё, кроме того, что нельзя по своей карте ездить на другие этажи. Нас с друзьями поселили на разных, это доставлядо некие неудобства.

Спокойный и комфортный пляжный отдых.

Шикарная квартира в доме на 2-й линии. Отдельная спальня и гостинная с кухней в стиле студио. Все очень стильно, креативно. Все новое, исправное, чудесное мягкое белье. Отлично оборудована кухня, большой холодильник, стиральная машина. В каждой комнате кондиционер. Очень красиво оформлена приотельная территория: бассейны, горки, мостики, шезлонги и т.д. Хороший садовый дизайн. Рядом с отелем кафе и магазин Фемели март. Идеальная чистота, тихо, круглосуточная охрана. Я бы добавила на балкон маленький столик для утреннего кофе.

corruption Et mauvaises odeurs

Difficile de communiquer avec l’agence , quand vous arrivez dans le majestueux hall d’entrée , une grande affiche vous informe que la location à la nuit ou à la semaine (ce qui est mon cas ) est formellement interdite ..!!??!! , les contrevenants risquent jusqu’à 1 an de prison et 20000 bahts d’amande par jour de location .... inquiet ... j’interroge l’agence qui me rassure : ils payent les contrôleurs pour qu’il n’y ait pas de problèmes ..!!??!! De la corruption , normal en thailand ... mais que les grand sûtes de réservation dont hotel.com se fassent les complices et même favorisent cette corruption est pour le moins étonnant ?? L’appartement ne correspondait pas à celui réservé et une très forte odeur d’urine voir pire ce dégageait de la salle de douche .... pour le reste lit confortable et appartement bien équipé . Superbes piscines
