Les chambres sentent très mauvais et humides. C’est la première fois que je voie qu’un hôtel de cette catégorie ne fournie pas de Kleenex dans les chambres. Les dames de ménage sont très gentilles. The property old evry singl front door in romms are too noise. People correlations like inside my room. Road from the hotel to sea is very tight and noise. You are waking with cars, motobikes and peple on the strit. Highly not recommend to stay there. I cancel my stay second night. Went to Jomtien palm beach hotel. the difference is like heaven and earth

This was our second stay at the Sunshine Hotel and Residence and the whole experience was fantastic both time. The Hotel has one of the best location in Pattaya City Soi 8. The staff are the stars of the Hotel, the nicest, friendliest, hard working staff you will come across. Highly recommend a stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 20 nights. Even though the hotel is old, it is clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate, although there were many restaurants in the area, the noise didn't bother me at least. The hotel was within walking distance of almost everything. The beach is close and there are many restaurants nearby. I can recommend the hotel, especially for solo travelers. I will definitely return to this hotel again. A big thank you to the staff at the reception, you made my holiday unforgettable.
