Bad hotel, do not stay here

Not a good place to stay. Loud noises from the water pipes when anyone in the building uses water. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows are too large, so they are unusable for sleeping on your back. Customer service is horrible. Doors are thin and not secure. The building does not have an elevator, and I was on the fourth floor. This place is not a good value for the price. There are much better places to stay for the same money in Pattaya. Avoid this bad hotel.

Friendly staff, nice stay.

It was a clean and comfortable stay, although the street noise was loud sometimes. The staff there is very nice, and friendly.

I had a great time at ST House. The staff were welcoming and there to help. They have a pool table outside which is great when you have guest over. Bathroom was okay. Bed was good too. The place is well located and easy to get to the hotspots in Pattaya. Definitely would recommend.

Good location for walking street and plenty of 7/11's and convenience stores nearby. Hard to beat for the price but nicer spots if willingly to pay more.

If you want something cheap but good enough, this is a perfect place for you. The room is very clean(bed,blanket towels and toilet). It is very easy and safe to walk around the town( walking street, the pier and shops).
