A receptionist wit a bad memory
Fast check-in but receptionist called me "Papa" AGAIN although on a previous visit I had told her "Sir" would be more appropriate to a guest. Other than that no complaints
Check-in is frustrating. Give the girl on the desk your booking receipt and it takes AGES to find your booking. Not the first time this has happened.Hotel is rather old and room rather basic but aircon works well and shower is hot. Good location right opposite the beach but at night the road is quite noisy and lights outside bright. I had seaview room but next time will request a back room for a better sleep. Breakfast is extra in restaurant at front of building and is satisfying and reasonably priced. Hotel good for the price.

Only hard on climbing stairs if you have lots of luggage.
Very convienient location to stay.

Had a one night stay in order to catch up with an old friend from Australia and his Thai girlfriend who were spending a week in Jomtien. (Not at this hotel). Chose the hotel because I could get a seaview room for less than A$32/night in a location close to my friends' unit. Had stayed here before when I found the receptionist rude and inefficient. This time she was only sullen. Location of hotel good, food ok, rooms not bad

Gustomer relations need attention
I had stayed here once before and receptionist took AGES to find my booking---I gave her Conf.# but did not have printout. This time I made sure I had printout. It still took AGES. I told her their admin. system needed overhaul."Don't worry PAPA " she said "I find it soon". I told her their admin system still stinks and so does their customer relations. Guests should be addressed as "Sir" not "Papa". Other than that hotel is ok and in a great location
