The staff and management were exceptionallyvresponsive, and helpful when handling room complaints. However, the stay was highly disrupted by technical failures, specifically persistent and frustrating shower water temperature fluctuations. Furthermore, the physical property lacks a premium feel due to its low ceilings and an uncomfortably designed bathroom layout.
