Hotel is a bit dated, can improve their breakfast spread. No positivity from most of the staff and recive a answer of NO for any request. At check in were given lecture of various instructions of do's and don'ts and charges for any thing damaged or missing in the room rather than making us feel welcome

Fond and Fun experience

Rooms were clean and decent and the manager was firm and polite. No nonsense allowed inside the hotel. A very decent Indian breakfast well conceived. The south facing rooms will expose you to the bars and parties in Pattaya all night long :)

it's cheap, location is OK, staff is quite friendly. rooms are dated, cleaning is a hit or miss (one of my rooms had bad odour in bathroom).

Nice hotel but too many tour groups

Reception/front desk staff very nice and friendly (especially the girl with glasses!) but rest of the staff not so friendly. No smiles or hello from anyone. Lobby was amazing, rooms could do with updating. Too many tour groups. Full of Indians and Russians, (I am British indian and even I found them rude and too many). But was still a nice stay at a good price.

The hotel staff here is the most terrible I've ever seen. They didn't smile and sat around and made fun of the hotel guests. The breakfast was marginal in quantity and quality, as was the staff.

Nice stay

It was good staying at golden beach hotel. It's located at very good location. You can have fun near by till 3 4 am in the morning. You can find Everything near by from clothing to food .You can have fun in the swimming pool as well. Mostly Indians are residing here. Overall experience was good.

Quite good for a few days stay

Accessible to public transport. Centrally located. Very near Pattaya Beach. Rooms with terrace but not good view. Near souvenir shops and Thai Massage. Most hotel guests are Indians. Strong water pressure. Slow checkout and very unaccomodating staff.

Good location

Hotel is situated well, easy access to all pattaya has to offer. Rooms really need updated as they are old and damaged which gives an unclean feel. Hotel staff are fantastic except the reception staff who are rude, ignorant and have no people skills at all. Look elsewhere for your trip folks, you can do better.

Ok facilities for the price you pay

Just 2 min walking distance away from Central Festival, very convenient. Staff members of the hotel are in general friendly and helpful. Point for improvement is staff awareness on security - I left my room key in the room and asked the front desk staff to open the door for me, they are very helpful in this regard but they did not ask for my name or request for any identity before they send someone to open the door, all I did was to give them the room number. Appreciate that they are very helpful, but it will be quite scary if I am someone with bad intent... Would really like the hotel management to pay more attention to this as this is a good hotel to stay.
