The biggest problem is WIFI. There's no WIFI in the room. Had to stay at the lobby or restaurant to use WIFI. They changed our room on the second day to get better connection. It didn't last long. We had to get SIM cards with Internet. The staff did their best trying to solve the problem, but there's nothing they could do. One highlight is the 24-hour free coffee and beverage with cookies at the lobby even though I am not a coffee drinker. The water dispensers on each floor is also a plus for environment.

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel in Pattya Thailand überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Mir wurden mehrere Gegenstände vom Putzpersonal entwendet. Hilfe fast nicht vorhanden Dann wollten das Personal mir nicht richtig helfen.Dieses Hotel sieht mich nie wieder. Kann ich nicht empfehlen
