Large and beautiful 4 bedroom villa in the heart of Pattaya, just minutes from the beaches and the famous Walking Street (about 5 minutes by taxi, scooter, tuk tuk ...). Private pool. Quiet and with all amenities nearby. In a superb villa residence secured 24/24. Large living room, international TV, WiFi, all the amenities of a modern villa.
The villa and its private pool are ideally located in the heart of downtown, between Pattaya and Jomtien in a residential park of villas. About 5 minutes from scooter, taxi or tuk tuk, you are at Jomtien Beach, Pattaya or in the famous Walking Street.
Large living room, kitchen and 4 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with double bed and adjoining modern bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds and shared bathroom, the 4th bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. Fully equipped modern kitchen (hob, large fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes ...). A double sofa bed is available and can be used as an extra bed.
The residence is quiet, secure 24/24 and has a large tropical garden. All amenities are nearby.
On arrival, we welcome you to the villa, the beds are made. Sheets and towels provided.
We can also pick you up at the airport and bring you back after your stay. A driver will meet you at the airport and take you to the holiday home. Ask for the conditions.
