จองห้องแล้วไม่ได้ห้อง

จองโรงแรมนี้ไว้ตั้งแต่ปลายเดือน เม.ย. เข้า พัก12-14 พ.ค. ทางexpedia ตัดเงินในบัตรไปตั้งแต่จอง และโทรไปคอนเฟิร์มกับทาง expedia ก่อนเข้าพัก 1 สัปดาห์ ซึ่งได้รับตอบกลับมาว่าได้ห้องแน่นอน แต่เมื่อเข้าาไปที่พักแล้วห้องกลับเต็ม และไม่มีที่พักให้ ทางรร. แก้ไขโดยให้ไปพัก รร. อื่น 1 คืน และคืนที่2 ก็ยังไม่มีที่พัก เลยไปพักกับเพื่อนบริเวณนั้นในคืนที่ 13 ต่อมาโทรไปยัง expedia ได้รับเพียงคำขอโทษ และไม่มีอะไรชดเชยให้
