Great stay with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning had a slight musty smell, but the staff were kind and attentive, especially to kids. Breakfast offered good variety for all ages, and the play area was fun for both kids and adults. Loved the lychee slushie! Would happily stay here again.

Limited view of the sea, but the pool is beautiful. They have kid activities-laser tag, a swing ride, pool obstacle course. Restaurants within walking distance. Friendly front desk staff, limited English speaking, mainly Chinese & Japanese tourists.

The second time. It is ok, but i think they should have more amenities for children, like the sister hotel. The restaurant could improve in their flavors and prices. I do prefer outside or order food rather than eat in the hotel restaurant. Fortunately, there are good options close enough. However, notice this is my second time in the hotel, perhap not repeating this hotel but indp recommend it. If you have children between 4 to 8 this is a good option. The staff is great by the way.

Very Family Oriented Hotel

Short staycation. Hotel is very Japanese. But too family oriented so if you are not there with kids better to avoid. Was also surprised that the Onsen was only open in the evenings during weekdays.

Great hotel just a couple of comments.... As a serviced apartment complex I would have expected to have access to an iron and ironing board, I was told they didn't have any. Staff were extremely friendly but couldn't order my girlfriend a taxi when she asked, fortunately I have bolt and grab apps. So no major issue.

We'd booked a family suited but on arrival found that it's a bit tight for our family of 3, therefore, upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. - It's very spacious, clean, quiet & equipped with a full-sized kitchen, washer/dryer. - Two bathrooms with bath tubs and Japanese electronic bidets. - Good working & quiet airconds for each bedroom, living room & dining area. - Large, clean swimming pool - Large, well-maintained gym - Great buffet breakfast with a good variety of food. Very good & reasonably priced restaurant - Polite & helpful staff - Free shuttle bus service to the city & Pattaya Some negative (or weird) points: - Even though we had a washer/dryer but there was neither ironing boar nor iron. Reception informed us that ironing facilities were not available but they'd happily provide the service for a minimal fee - Even though there's a small private beach but it's more of an area for sunbathing than anything else. Swimming was not an option. Overall, we were happy with our stay & impressed with the service at this apartment hotel
